摘要
采用4种不同规格(平均胴长0.8、1.0、1.2、1.4 cm)曼氏无针乌贼幼体进行饵料驯化实验,比较分析了活体糠虾和冰鲜毛虾对其饵料驯化期间生长及存活的影响。通过分析2种饵料对4种规格曼氏无针乌贼幼体驯化期间胴长相对增长率、体质量相对增长率和成活率以及2种饵料间3个指标相对比值的变化趋势,结果表明曼氏无针乌贼胴长1.2 cm左右时开始驯化冰鲜毛虾,其胴长相对增长率44.44%±5.89%、体质量相对增长率121.73%±18.21%和成活率88.33%±2.89%均与胴长1.4 cm组差异不显著(P>0.05),但均显著高于胴长0.8和1.0 cm 2组(P<0.05),且其成活率与活体糠虾组差异不显著(P>0.05)。曼氏无针乌贼胴长达1.2 cm左右时开始驯化冰鲜毛虾等死饵料是最佳时节。
In this study,four different sizes(average body length 0.8,1.0,1.2,1.4 cm)of juvenile Sepiella japonica had used to analyze effects of live mysids and frozen acetes on the growth and survival during domestication period.Through the analysis of the relative growth rate of body length and weight,survival rate and the relative rate trends of the three indicators between live mysids and frozen acetes during the domestication period,the results showed that the relative growth rate of body length 4.44%±5.89%and weight 121.73%±18.21%,survival rate 88.33%±2.89%were not significantly different from body length 1.4 cm group(P>0.05)when the body length was about 1.2 cm,but were significantly higher than the body length 0.8 and 1.0 cm groups(P<0.05),and the survival rate was not significantly different from the live mysid group(P>0.05).It is the best time to start domesticating frozen acetes when the body length of the 1.2 cm group.
