摘要
运输密度是影响曼氏无针乌贼亲体增殖放流成活率的重要因素。本文研究了不同运输密度(0.2、0.6、1.2、1.8、2.4、3 ind.·L^(-1))条件下曼氏无针乌贼死亡率及乳酸、糖原、酶活等指标情况,以期为曼氏无针乌贼放流提供科学依据。研究表明,乌贼亲体死亡率随运输密度和运输时长的增加而升高,2.4 ind.·L^(-1)处理组乌贼死亡率最高为75%,0.2、0.6 ind.·L^(-1)处理组乌贼亲体死亡率显著低于其他处理组(P<0.05)。乌贼肝脏组织乳酸和糖原变化趋势相同,0.2 ind.·L^(-1)处理组乳酸含量显著高于1.2、1.8、2.4 ind.·L^(-1)处理组,糖原含量显著低于其他处理组(P<0.05)。碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)变化趋势基本相同,0.6、1.8、2.4 ind.·L^(-1)处理组ALP酶活显著高于其他处理组,0.6、2.4 ind.·L^(-1)处理组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活显著高于其他处理组(P<0.05);谷草转氨酶(AST)活呈先上升后降低再上升的趋势,0.6、3 ind.·L^(-1)处理组酶活显著高于其他处理组(P<0.05);谷丙转氨酶(ALT)呈上升趋势,0.2、0.6、1.2 ind.·L^(-1)处理组酶活显著低于2.4、3 ind.·L^(-1)处理组(P<0.05)。综合分析认为,密度影响乌贼亲体死亡率,密度过高和运输胁迫共同作用造成乌贼亲体死亡,运输密度不宜超过1.8 ind.·L^(-1),且运输时间不宜超过2 h。
Transport density is an important factor affecting the survival rate of Sepiella maindroni.In this study,the effects of different transport densities(0.2,0.6,1.2,1.8,2.4,3 ind.·L^(-1))on mortality,lactic acid,glycogen and enzyme activities of S.maindroni without needles were studied in order to provide scientific basis for S.maindroni without needles.The results showed that the mortality rate of S.maindroni increased with the increase of transportation density and time,and the highest mortality rate was 75%in 2.4 ind.·L^(-1)treatment group.The mortality rate of S.maindroni in 0.2 and 0.6 ind.·L^(-1)treatment groups was significantly lower than that in other treatment groups(P<0.05).Transportation time also had a certain effect on the mortality rate.The lactic acid content in 0.2 ind.·L^(-1)treatment group was significantly higher than that in 1.2,1.8 and 2.4 ind.·L^(-1)treatment groups,and the glycogen content was significantly lower than that in other treatment groups(P<0.05).The transport density had a certain effect on the antioxidant and detoxification functions of squid liver.Alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)had the same trend,and ALP in 0.6,1.8 and 2.4 ind.·L^(-1)groups was significantly higher than that in other groups,while the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in 0.6 and 2.4 ind.·L^(-1)groups was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).The activity of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in 0.6 and 3 ind.·L^(-1)treatment groups was significantly higher than that in other treatment groups(P<0.05).Alanine aminotransferase(ALT)showed an increasing trend,and the enzyme activity in 0.2,0.6 and 1.2 ind.·L^(-1)groups was significantly lower than that in 2.4 and 3 ind.·L^(-1)groups(P<0.05).Comprehensive analysis showed that the transport density had an effect on the mortality of squid,and the combined effect of high density and transport stress resulted in the death of squid.The transport density should not exceed 1.8 ind.·L^(-1),and the transport time should not exceed 2 h.
