摘要
本文以磺化聚醚砜(SPES)为涂层材料,以聚砜(PSF)超滤膜为支撑层,采用涂覆法制备SPES/PSF纳滤脱色膜,研究了有机溶剂,无机、有机添加剂等因素对纳滤脱色膜性能的影响,并通过SEM表征纳滤脱色膜的表面和断面形貌。结果表明,SPES/PSF纳滤脱色膜对甲基蓝的截留率可以达到90%以上,硫酸钠的截留率低于20%,水通量可以达到70 L/(m^(2)·h)以上,实现了低分子染料和无机盐高选择性分离。
In this paper,SPES/PSF nanofiltration decolorization membrane was prepared by using sulfonated polyethersulfone(SPES)as coating material and polysulfone(PSF)ultrafiltration membrane as support layer.The effects of organic solvents,inorganic and organic additives on the performance of nanofiltration decolorization membrane were studied.The surface and section morphology of nanofiltration decolorization membrane were observed by SEM.The results show that the rejection rate of methyl blue by SPES/PSF nanofiltration decolorization membrane can reach more than 90%,the rejection rate of sodium sulfate was less than 20%,and the water flux can reach more than 70 L/(m^(2)·h).High selective separation of low molecular dye and inorganic salt was realized.
