摘要
为实现网络化智能制造对于装备互联互通和数据共享的基本需求,基于开放平台通信(open plantform communication,OPC)的统一架构(unified architecare,UA)协议对数控机床的内外部数据进行统一封装与传输,从而实现数控机床的全信息监测与反馈控制.搭建数控系统内部数据服务器获取装备运行参数和状态信息.基于开源OPC UA的软件开发工具包开发外部数据服务器,结合外接传感器检测装置感知加工过程中外部环境的变化.通过两种不同的服务器混合使用丰富系统的信息来源,以提高系统的感知能力.在机床近端搭建监控节点,连接多服务器获取数据进行特征提取和决策运算,并将补偿值反馈回机床.所搭建的全信息监控系统完成了从服务端的数据采集、封装、传输,到监控端的误差补偿计算和反馈优化的信息双向传输的功能.以三轴立式加工中心为研究对象,对其X轴定位误差进行补偿实验,实验结果表明定位误差降低了90%.
For the purpose of understanding basic needs of networked intelligent manufacturing for equipment interconnection and data sharing,the unified architecture(UA)protocol based on open platform communication(OPC)unifies the encapsulation and transmission of internal and external data of CNC machine tools,thus attaining full information monitoring and feedback control of CNC machine tools.The internal data server of the CNC system is built to obtain the equipment operation parameters and status information.And the external data serve is developed based on the open source OPC UA software development kit(SDK),which is combined with external sensor detection devices to sense the changes of the external environment of the machining process.These two different servers are mixed to enrich the information sources of the system so that the sensing capability of the system can be improved.A monitoring node is built at the near end of the machine tool to connect multiple servers to obtain data for feature extraction and decision making,and to return the compensation value to the machine tool.The built full information monitoring system completes the function of bi-directional information transfer from data acquisition,encapsulation and transmission on the server side to error compensation calculation and feedback optimization on the monitoring side.Then,the three-axis vertical machining center is used as the research object to compensate the X-axis positioning error.Finally,experimental results show that the positioning error is reduced by 90%.
