无囊袋感染的心脏植入式电子装置相关感染性心内膜炎一例
摘要
患者女性,68岁,因双腔起搏器术后5年,反复寒战、高热3个月入院。起搏器囊袋表面皮肤完好。血培养提示金黄色葡萄球菌阳性。经食管超声心动图提示起搏电极导线及瓣膜赘生物形成。诊断为无囊袋感染的心脏植入式电子装置相关感染性心内膜炎。选择外科开胸移除起搏装置,彻底清除赘生物,同时植入心外膜永久起搏器。术后患者恢复良好,未再复发感染。
