考虑荷电状态恢复的储能一次调频控制策略 被引量:11

摘要 针对储能荷电状态(SOC)偏低或偏高时储能充放电调频能力不足的问题,提出一种考虑SOC恢复的储能一次调频控制策略。在储能调频阶段,基于S型函数提出辅调频控制的构建方法和储能调频系数的计算方法,并通过储能调频系数对系统频率进行控制,以实现储能SOC偏低或偏高时SOC的恢复与储能充放电调频能力的改善;在储能SOC恢复阶段,综合考虑储能SOC恢复需求和电网运行状态的限制,采用合适的储能SOC恢复出力控制策略。仿真分析验证了所提策略可以使储能SOC更快地恢复到较好的状态,在一定程度上解决了储能SOC偏低或偏高时储能充放电调频能力不足的问题,并有效改善了调频效果和储能SOC恢复效果。 Aiming at the problem of insufficient charging and discharging frequency regulation capability of battery energy storage system(BESS)when state of charge(SOC)is low or high,this paper proposes a primary frequency regulation control strategy of BESS considering SOC recovery.In the frequency regulation stage,based on the S-type function,the construction method of auxiliary frequency regulation control and the calculation method of frequency regulation coefficient of BESS are put forward,and the power system frequency is controlled by the frequency regulation coefficient of BESS,so as to realize the recovery of SOC and the improvement of charging and discharging frequency regulation capability of BESS when SOC is low or high.In the SOC recovery stage,by comprehensively considering the demand of SOC recovery and the limitation of power grid operation state,the appropriate output control strategy for SOC recovery is adopted.Simulation analysis verifies that the proposed strategy can recover SOC to a better state faster,solve the problem of insufficient charging and discharging frequency regulation capability of BESS when SOC is low or high to a certain extent,and effectively improve the frequency regulation effect and the SOC recovery effect.
