本文结合《静脉用药调配中心建设与管理指南》要求及静脉用药调配中心(pharmacy introvenous admixture service,PIVAS)工作特点,对PIVAS选址、房屋布局及功能区设置要点进行详细分析,梳理其在具体建设过程中可能存在的误区与注意事项:选址应综合考虑位置、楼层、周围环境等因素,严格避免设置在地下室或半地下室;功能区布局划分时应避免设置淋浴室、卫生间与地漏;各功能区设置时要保证空气洁净,并兼顾工作的便利性。PIVAS设计的合理性是保证顺利运营、成品输液安全的重要前提,对进一步推动PIVAS建设规范化、同质化,保障我国PIVAS持续健康发展具有深远意义。

Based on the requirements of the guidelines and the working characteristics of pharmacy introvenous admixture service(PIVAS),a detailed analysis of the site selection,room layout and key points of functional area setting of PIVAS is carried out.The possible misunderstandings and precautions in the specific construction process of PIVAS are sorted out:PIVAS site selection should comprehensively consider the location,floor,surrounding environment and other factors,and strictly avoid setting in the basement or semi basement.When dividing the layout of the functional area,it should avoid setting shower rooms,toilets and floor drains.When setting each functional area,it is necessary to ensure the requirements of air cleanliness,and also take into account the convenience of work.The rationality of PIVAS design is an important premise to ensure the smooth operation and the safety of finished infusions.It is of far-reaching significance to further promote the standardization and homogeneity of PIVAS construction and ensure the sustainable and healthy development of PIVAS in China.
