摘要
数字经济是以数据资源为关键要素的新经济形态。产业数字化转型迫切需要高水平复合型人才。本文分析了数字经济对工程科技人才提出的新要求,重点探讨了新工科复合型人才培养体系:促进学科交叉融合,打牢工程科学新基础;把握工程范式变革,培养数据驱动工程新能力;创新非线性学习模式,构建“网状”知识新结构;强化工程社会责任,打造新工科课程思政。试图为进一步深化新工科建设提供有益借鉴。
Digital economy is a new economic form with data resources as the key element. The digital transformation of industry urgently needs high-level compound talents. This paper analyzes the new requirements of digital economy for engineering science and technology talents, and focuses on the training system of compound talents in emerging engineering education: promoting interdisciplinary integration and laying a new foundation for engineering science;grasping the change of engineering paradigm and cultivating the new ability of data-driven engineering;innovating the nonlinear learning mode and constructing a new network knowledge structure;strengthening the social responsibility of engineering and creating curriculum ideological and political education for emerging engineering education. This paper attempts to provide a useful reference for further deepening the construction of emerging engineering education.
