摘要
新工科背景下的工程训练,既要在生产劳动中培养学生解决复杂工程问题的能力,还要将工程意识植根于劳动实践,训练系统性思维。立足新工科,本文以培养高阶工程人才为目标,基于多维耦合理念探讨建构工程实训体系。该体系融合了最近发展区、目标分类学、素养本位、项目教学和多元智能等理论观点,可形成模块、目标、内容、方法和评定标准于一体的训练系统。最后,以机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例探讨体系运行路径,规范建设机制,推动工程教育发展。
Under the background of emerging engineering education, engineering training should not only develop the ability of solving problems of complex engineering, but also root engineering consciousness in labor practice, and train systematic thinking. On the basis of the emerging engineering education, this paper aims at cultivating high-level engineering talents and discusses engineering training system based on multi-dimensional synergy notion. This system merges the perspectives of Zone of Proximal Development, Taxonomy of Educational Objectives, Competency-based, Project Teaching and Multiple Intelligences, and is able to shape a practical system of modules, objectives, contents, methods and the standard of evaluating. In addition, with the major of machine design manufacture and automation specialty as an example, this paper also makes discussions on the operational path of the system, which is valuable for regularizing the mechanism of construction and promoting the development of engineering education.
