摘要
作为落实职业教育类型定位的有效举措,发展职业本科教育对于深化我国教育领域综合改革具有重要的战略意义。文章主要从契合产业现实需求、把握人才供给结构和找准人才分类三个方面探讨了职业本科教育应该培养什么人,从专业(群)与产业链、课程体系与技术(链)、实践教学体系与业务链、就业体系与岗位链之间的对应关系探讨职业本科教育应该如何培养人,从是否根据产业人才紧缺程度动态调整专业、是否根据职业岗位需求制定人才培养方案、是否根据技术发展变化设置教学团队三方面判断职业本科教育是否能够培养符合产业需要的人才。
As an effective measure to implement the type orientation of vocational education, the development of vocational undergraduate education is of great strategic significance for deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of education in China. The article mainly discusses who should be trained in vocational undergraduate education from three aspects: meeting the actual needs of industry, grasping the talent supply structure and identifying the talent classification. From the corresponding relationship between specialty(group) and industry chain, curriculum system and technology(chain), practical teaching system and business chain, employment system and post chain, this paper discusses how vocational undergraduate education should cultivate people. Whether vocational undergraduate education can cultivate talents that meet the needs of the industry can be judged from three aspects: whether to dynamically adjust majors according to the shortage of industrial talents, whether to formulate talent training plans according to the needs of professional posts, and whether to set up teaching teams according to the changes in technological development.
