俄罗斯新型研究型大学“三维支柱”构建机理与实施特色 被引量:5

On Construction Mechanism and Implementation Characteristics of “Three-dimensional Pillar” in Russian New Research Universities

摘要 世界各国正不断探索研究型大学发展模式。俄罗斯的新型研究型大学在服务国家创新发展战略方面成效显著。斯科尔科沃科学技术学院作为典型代表,通过教育、研究和创新“三维支柱”的构建和实施,实现了快速和优质发展。俄罗斯新型研究型大学战略愿景是促进科技创新,学科建设板块和成果转化板块是其支撑条件,“三维支柱”是联结学科建设板块与成果转化板块的核心工作和机制。“三维支柱”以协同互动为准则,各支柱内涵丰富且新颖,对我国高校面向国家创新驱动发展战略、深化办学体制机制改革具有重要借鉴意义。 Countries around the world are constantly exploring the development model of research universities.Russia has built a number of distinctive new research universities, which have achieved remarkable results in serving the country’s innovation and development strategy. As a typical representative of them, Skoltech has achieved rapid and high-quality development through the construction and implementation of the “three-dimensional pillars” of education, research and innovation. The strategic vision of Russia’s new research university is to promote scientific and technological innovation. The discipline construction sector and the achievement transformation sector are its supporting conditions. The “three-dimensional pillar” is the core work and mechanism connecting the discipline construction sector and the achievement transformation sector. “Three-dimensional pillar” takes coordination and interaction as the criterion, and the construction of each pillar is rich and novel in connotation, which is of great reference significance for Chinese universities to face the national innovation-driven development strategy and deepen the reform of school-running system and mechanism.
