摘要
高校跨学科研究平台是国家创新体系的科技枢纽,承担着高新技术领域知识生产与技术研发的重任,汇聚前沿学科领域,破解社会重大复杂问题,是创新驱动发展的学术策源地。本文以日本京都大学国际顶尖跨学科研究平台iCeMS为例,探究世界一流大学跨学科平台的建设战略、促进机制、保障机制及建设特征,总结出对我国高校跨学科平台建设的有益经验。
The interdisciplinary research platform of universities is the scientific and technological hub of the national innovation system. It undertakes the important task of knowledge production and technology research in high-tech. It brings together frontier disciplines and solves complex social problems. It is the academic source of innovation-driven development. This paper takes iCeMS, the top international interdisciplinary research platform of Kyoto University, as an example, explores the construction strategy, promotion mechanism, guarantee mechanism and construction characteristics of the interdisciplinary platform of world-class universities, and summarizes the beneficial experience for the construction of interdisciplinary platform in Chinese universities.
