The Status Quo,Problems and Countermeasures of Laboratory Economy Development on the Vision of Innovation Cluster——Taking Longwan District in Wenzhou City as an Example

以实验室为核心的研发与服务机构集聚在特定地域内,形成聚集、共生和协同三重效应,驱动城市产业与经济高质量发展。为更好地引导实验室经济发展,温州市龙湾区需要完善创新平台体系、布局创新活动链路、强化科创开放合作、推动科技金融融合、健全科技服务体系、开展体制机制改革等,即营建“基础研究+技术攻关+成果产业化+科技金融+人才支撑”的实验室经济生态,助力建成高水平创新型城区和浙南科创新高地。

R&D and service institutions with laboratories as the core are gathered in specific regions,forming the triple effects of aggregation,symbiosis and synergy,and driving the high-quality development of urban industry and economy.In order to better guide the development of laboratory economy,the Longwan District in Wenzhou City should improve the innovation platform system,layout innovation activity links,strengthen open cooperation in science and technology innovation,promote the integration of scientific and technological finance,improve the science and technology service system,and carry out system and mechanism reforms.In other words,the construction of a laboratory economic ecology of“basic research plus technological research plus industrialization of achievements plus scientific and technological finance plus talent support”will help to build a high-level innovative urban area and a high-tech innovation highland in Southern Zhejiang.
