基于互联互通平台患者转院系统的研发

Research and Development of Patient Transfer System Based on Interconnection Platform

随着公立医院多院区管理建设及医院信息化的发展,通过搭建信息服务平台,对医院建设进行同质化管理、实现患者跨医学中心住院业务已成为医院精细化管理的重要内容。现采用MongoDB数据库,以Visual Studio、PowerBuilder为开发工具,使用WebAPI方式搭建服务平台,Json格式进行数据交互。通过信息平台的系统集成,解决了医师跨中心出诊无法开具原中心住院申请单的问题,方便患者跨医学中心住院预约,具有很强的扩展性。系统可进一步缩短跨中心住院患者平均等床时间,提高医院床位使用率,具有较强的现实意义。

Objectives With the development of hospital informatization and the multi-campuses management of public hospitals,We have constructed an information service platform which involves the hospital homogenization management、admission among different hospital branches becomes the important content for the hospital in strengthening the fine management.Visual Studio and PowerBuilder technology was used to establish and reform the system based on MongoDB database,using Web API to build service platform and data interaction by Json.The integrated information service system solve admission apply among different branches and making it convenient for patients to make hospitalization appointments,with strong scalability.Medical Centers completed admission the different hospital branches 2305 cases,which further shorten the bed waiting time and improves bed utilization rate.The system has a strong practical significance in refined management.
