网络平台线上学习在麻醉医师EEG培训中的应用

The Application of Online Learning Based on Network Platform in Training of Anesthesia Clinicians of Electroencephalogram

摘要 目的探讨网络平台线上学习在麻醉医师培训中的应用效果。方法2021年1月1日-2021年6月31日,选取某医科大学附属医院不同经验水平的71名麻醉医师进行线上EEG课程培训,将课程前后的测试分数进行t检验或秩和检验,判断学习效果。结果EEG波形及频谱识别能力方面,课程后测试分数(78[67-89])高于课程前测试分数(60[50-70]),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。根据EEG频谱判断麻醉深度方面,课程后测试分数(100[75-100])高于课程前测试分数(60[40-60]),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论线上EEG学习能在有限的学习时间和空间里提高麻醉医师在EEG方面的专业知识,提高麻醉医师对全身麻醉下EEG波形和频谱图的辨识能力及麻醉深度判断能力,有着良好的教学效果。 Objectives To explore the application and effects of online learning based on network platform in training of anesthesia clinicians of electroencephalogram.Methods There were 71 participants,13 had previous anesthetic-associated EEG training while 58 without prior training.By comparing preeducational test scores and posteducational test scores to evaluate the effect of online learning.The statistic analysis included t-test or Wilcoxon signed rank test.Results After training,clinicians improved at identifying dominant EEG waveforms(78[67-89]vs 60[50-70],P<0.001).Clinicians also improved in identifying discordance between the pEEG index and the EEG waveform(100[75-100]vs 60[40-60],P<0.001).Conclusions Online learning based on network platform could improve the ability at EEG waveforms identifying and depth of anesthesia judgement,which was useful and practical in training anesthesia clinicians of EEG.
