摘要
病理学是基础医学与临床医学之间的桥梁学科,是临床诊断的“金标准”。在病理住院医师规范化培训中,应发挥病理学以形态学为主的学科优势,将理论与实际相结合。通过带教教师组织及实施临床病理讨论,引入典型病例,使学生综合运用以病理学知识为主的多学科知识,分析、解决临床实际问题。这一教学模式有助于激发学生对病理学的学习兴趣,调动学习积极性;提高学生对知识的自学能力、语言表达能力、团队协作能力及与临床医师的沟通能力,使学生早日进入“病理诊断医师”的角色。同时,也能促进及融洽师生关系,提高带教教师知识储备、专业理论水平及教学组织能力。
Pathology is a bridge subject between basic medicine and clinical medicine,and is the"gold standard"of clinical diagnosis.In the standardized training of pathology residents,teachers should give full advantage of pathology mainly in morphology and combine theory with practice.At the same time,teachers should introduce typical cases,organize and implement clinical pathological conference,so that students can comprehensively use multidisciplinary knowledge mainly based on pathological knowledge to analyze and solve clinical practical problems.This mode is helpful to arouse students’interest and enthusiasm in pathology study.To improve students’self-learning ability,language expression ability,teamwork ability and communication ability with clinicians,so that students can enter the role of"pathologist"as soon as possible.It can also promote and harmonize the relationship between teachers and students,improve teachers’knowledge reserve,professional theory level and teaching organization ability.
