在大思政背景下,专业课程教学融合课程思政教育已成为教学研究与改革的热点。“食品生物化学”是食品专业学生的专业基础课,课程中蕴含丰富的思政元素。本文在工程教育认证背景下,以学生学习效果为导向,立足于专业知识,明确了“食品生物化学”的课程思政目标,为实现教学目标和课程思政目标的同向同行奠定基础;探索课程思政融入的方式;以淀粉的生物合成这一小节为例介绍课程思政的教学设计,旨在为大思政背景下更好地进行课堂教学提供可借鉴的教学思路和实践经验。

Under the background of big ideological and political education,the integration of professional curriculum teaching and ideological,political education has become a hot topic in teaching research and reform.“Food Biochemistry”is a basic course for food majors,which contains abundant ideological and political elements.In the context of engineering education accreditation,with the students learning results oriented,the ideological and political goals of the course are firstly clarified based on professional knowledge,laying a foundation for the realization of the teaching goals and the ideological and political goals of the course.Explore the way of integrating the ideological and political goals of the course.Taking the section of starch biosynthesis as an example,introduce the ideological teaching design.It aims to provide teaching ideas and practical experience for better classroom teaching under the background of big ideology and politics.
