摘要
研究建立了气相色谱法测定特殊医学用途全营养配方食品中亚油酸和α-亚麻酸含量的检验方法。样品经10%的乙酰氯甲醇溶液在80℃的水浴中甲酯化2 h,采用强级性SH-Rtx-Wax毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.5μm)经气相色谱仪分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,外标法定量。在试验条件下亚油酸、α-亚麻酸分别在0.72~28.61mg (R^(2)=0.996 3)、0.31~12.56 mg (R^(2)=0.997 0)范围内线性关系良好,平均加标回收率分别为97.68%(S=1.24%)、100.69%(S=1.47%),该方法操作简易,重复性好,结果可靠,可满特殊医学用途全营养配方食品中亚油酸和α-亚麻酸的含量测定,也能为产品的质量控制提供有力的技术支撑。
A gas chromatography method was developed for the determination of linoleic acid and α-linolenic acid in whole nutritional formula foods for special medical purposes.Samples were methylesterized with 10% acetyl chloride-methanol solution in water bath at 80 ℃ for 2 h.The analyte was separated on SH-Rtx-Wax capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.5 μm)and performed by the GC system with Hydrogen flame ionization detector detection and an internal standard.Conclusion on our experimental condition.The standard curves of linoleic acid and a-linolenic acid were linear in the range 0.72 to 28.61 mg(R^(2)=0.996 3) and 0.31 to 12.56 mg(R^(2)=0.997 0),respectively.The average recoveries of the spiked samples at three levels were 97.68%(S=1.24%) and 100.69%(S=1.47%),respectively.The method had the advantages of good repetability and reliable results,which could meet the determination of linoleic acid and α-linolenic acid in the whole nutrition formula food for special medical purposes,and also provided technical support for the quality control of the product.
