摘要
建立保健食品(片剂类)中苋菜红含量的测量不确定度的评定方法。按照GB 5009.35—2016《食品安全国家标准食品中合成着色剂的测定》方法,建立高效液相色谱法测定保健食品中苋菜红含量的数学模型,分析测定过程中的不确定度来源,并对各不确定度分量进行计算、合成,最终得到扩展不确定度。结果表明,保健食品中苋菜红的含量为5.70 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.33 mg/kg (k=2),相对扩展不确定度为5.8%。标准溶液配制和回收率对不确定度的影响较大,主要来源于标物本身、稀释过程及样品前处理,其次为标准曲线拟合和样品测量重复性,样液定容和样品称量的影响较小。
Aim to establish an evaluation method for the measurement uncertainty of amaranth content in health food(tablets).According to the determination method of GB 5009.35—2016 National Food Safety Standard Determination of Synthetic Colorants in Food,a mathematical model for the determination of amaranth in health food by high performance liquid chromatography was established.The source of uncertainty in the determination process was analyzed,the uncertainty components were calculated and synthesized,and the extended uncertainty was obtained.The results showed that the content of amaranth in health food was 5.70 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 0.33 mg/kg(k=2),and the relative expanded uncertainty was 5.8%.The preparation of standard solution and the recovery rate had a greater influence on the uncertainty result,which mainly came from the standard substance itself,the dilution process and the sample pretreatment,followed by the standard curve fitting and sample measurement repeatability,and the constant volume of sample solution and sample weighing had little influence.
