ICP-MS法同时测定可食花卉种植土壤中7种金属

Simultaneous Determination of Seven Metals in Edible Flower Planting Soil by ICP-MS

摘要 研究建立自动石墨消解-ICP-MS法检测可食玫瑰等花卉种植土壤的铅、砷、镉、锶、铌、铝、钯等金属残留量的分析方法。取有代表性的可食玫瑰种植土壤,自然晾干后,研钵研成细粉,过0.180 mm筛网,取过筛后的土壤样品,准确称取约0.3 g,置消解罐中消解;消解完毕后,加5%稀硝酸定容,混匀,上ICP-MS仪定量检测。铅、砷、镉、锶、铌、铝、钯在质量浓度0.02~10μg/L范围内,均有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.995;平均加标回收率(三水平加标质量分数分别为1.0, 10.0和250μg/kg)分别为97.5%, 97.9%, 94.1%, 96.4%, 97.2%, 92.0%和99.8%;检出限在0.036~0.122μg/kg之间;精密度S分别为2.56%, 3.09%, 4.41%, 2.77%, 3.18%, 4.59%和2.91%。试验表明,此方法具有简便、快速、准确等特点,可以用于可食玫瑰等花卉种植土壤中痕量重金属污染物残留的检测。 An automatic graphitic digestion-ICP-MS method was established for the determination of residual amounts of Plumbum,Arsenic,Cadmium,Tin,Manganese,Aluminum and Chromium in the cultivated soil(edible rose and other flowers).Typical edible rose planting soil samples were air-dryed,grind into a fine powder and passed 0.180 mm screen.Taking 0.3 g pre-treated samples to automatic graphite digestion for digestion.Samples was made to a constant volume by 5% dilute nitric acid.Test solution was shaked well and detected on ICP-MS for quantitative detection.Plumbum,Arsenic,Cadmium,Tin,Manganese,Aluminum and Chromium showed good linear relationships in the range 0.02-10 μg/L,with correlation coefficients were all above 0.995.Average recoveries(the three levels of spiked concentration were 1.0,10.0 and 250 respectively μg/kg) were 97.5%,97.9%,94.1%,96.4%,97.2%,92.0% and 99.8%,respectively.The detection limits were 0.036-0.122 μg/kg.Relative standard deviation of precision and repeatability were below 5%(n=6).Sof precision were 2.56%,3.09%,4.41%,2.77%,3.18%,4.59% and 2.91%,respectively.This method was proved to be simple pre-treated with high accuracy and sensitivity,which was suitable for the detection of trace metal residue in the floriculture soil of edible rose and other flowers.
