摘要
课程思政已成为高等院校思想政治教育工作的重要内容,同时也成为专业课程改革的重要形式。专业课程与思政课程同行,从而形成“三全育人”的协同效应,成为高等院校人人才培养的重要任务之一。重点探讨食品相关专业中营养学课程中“文化自信”这一重要思政元素,列举营养学课程中对于培养“文化自信”的重要元素,关注在营养学中中国思维和实践所做出的杰出贡献,丰富和坚定学生对于“文化自信”的底气的重要性,以培养学生对于专业领域的责任感并开拓思维和视野。同时,对营养学课程中如何将“文化自信”思政元素巧妙地融入专业课程中,实现启发式教育,进行重点探究,提出教学团队的重视程度的整体提高、思政元素在教学环节中的全面布局和思政课教学手段的巧妙借鉴的教改方法,以形成思政元素在专业课程中的启发式教育模式。
Curriculum ideological and political education had become an important content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and also an important form of professional curriculum reform.Professional courses and ideological and political courses go together,so as to form the synergistic effect of “three full” education,which has become one of the important tasks of personnel training in colleges and universities.Mainly discuss “cultural confidence” in the nutrition in food related courses,and pay attention to the Chinese contribution and practice in the nutrition,which made outstanding contribution to strong students to the “cultural confidence” and to cultivate students’ sense of responsibility and broaden their thinking and vision.At the same time,focus on how to skillfully integrate ideological and political elements into professional courses in nutrition courses to realize heuristic education.The teaching team should attach great importance to the overall ideological and political education,ideological and political elements should be lay out each,and teaching means of social political education classes should be used for reference.
