肺癌标本冰冻组织与冰剩组织弹力纤维染色质量比较分析

摘要 目的分析肺癌标本术中冰冻组织与术后冰剩组织石蜡切片染弹力纤维染色情况,确定是否存在脏层胸膜侵犯.方法选取临床诊断肺癌患者术中冰冻切片与术后冰剩组织石蜡切片进行改良Gomori醛品红弹力纤维染色,比较肺癌标本冰冻前后弹力纤维染色结果与脏层胸膜侵犯诊断的符合程度.结果改良Gomori醛品红弹力纤维染色显示冰冻组织中弹力纤维清晰可见,呈细丝样、波浪状,呈深紫色,背景染色几乎无着色或浅着色;冰剩组织中弹力纤维呈不连续着色,背景着色深,对比度模糊.术中冰冻组织弹力纤维染色(6.05±2.04)分,冰剩组织弹力纤维染色(4.61±1.41)分,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(t=6.49,P<0.05).结论采用术中冰冻组织切片弹力纤维染色对提高肺癌脏层胸膜侵犯诊断具有积极意义,值得推广.
