摘要
广州某超B级高度的剪力墙结构住宅建筑,均为复式户型。针对该项目存在的高度超限、扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、楼板不连续、竖向构件收进等不规则情况,采用抗震性能化设计。通过合理的结构布置和计算分析,控制整体指标,并加强薄弱部位的抗震构造措施,提高关键构件的延性,本工程实现抗震性能达到性能目标C类的要求。
A residential building with shear wall structure with exceed-B-level height in Guangzhou is a duplex apartment.In view of the irregular situations of the project,such as height overrun,irregular torsion,irregular concave and convex,discontinuous floor slab and vertical component retraction,the seismic performance-based design is adopted.Through reasonable structural layout,calculation and analysis,controlling the overall index,strengthening the seismic structural measures of weak parts,and improving the ductility of key components,the seismic performance of this project can meet the requirements of performance target class C.
