关于民用自建房用作经营性场所消防安全的思考

近期,全国开始开展民用自建房用作经营性场所消防安全专项整治,相较于传统人员密集场所,民用自建房用作经营性场所有其先天的消防劣势,本文通过解读现行民用自建房用作经营性场所的相关文件要求,分析该类场所的火灾风险,从建筑平面布局、人员安全疏散、消防设施配备等方面给出合理建议,以期为民用自建房用作经营性场所消防安全管理提供有益借鉴。

Recently,China has begun to carry out special fire safety rectification for civilian self-built houses used as business places.Compared with traditional crowded places,civilian self-built houses used as business places have inherent fire protection disadvantages.This paper analyzes relevant document requirements for using self-built houses as business places,explains the fire risks of such places,and then gives reasonable suggestions from the aspects of building layout,personnel safety evacuation,and fire-fighting facilities,which could provide useful reference for the fire safety management for civilian self-built houses used as business places.
