产业振兴背景下的村民中心设计策略探索

村民中心作为村中的核心公共空间,兼具活动场所、政策宣传、村民服务等功能。现阶段乡村普遍存在基础设施落后、产业衰败、人口流失严重等问题,村民中心的设计和建设对于解决这些问题有一定的积极作用。本文通过对安庆市龙关村的现状进行调研分析并查阅资料,得出村民中心普遍存在功能比较单一、外形同质化、与实际需求脱节、缺少精神凝聚力等问题,并结合龙关村村民中心的设计方案,从意象选取、场地选址、应对自然、产业升级和空间形态等五个方面提出村民中心的设计策略。

As the core public space in the village,the villager center has the comprehensive functions of activity place,policy publicity,and villagers'services.At this stage,there are general problems such as backward infrastructure,industrial decline,and serious population loss in rural areas,and the design and construction of villager centers have a certain positive effect on solving these problems.Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of Longguan Village in Anqing City as well as the literature review,this paper concludes that there are common problems such as relatively single function,homogeneous appearance,disconnection with actual needs,and lack of spiritual cohesion in today's villager center.In combination with the design scheme of Longguan Villager Center,the design strategy of the villager center is proposed from five aspects:image selection,site site selection,response to nature,industrial upgrading and spatial form.
