商业步行街“近人空间”领域及类型研究——以合肥市商业步行街为例

摘要 城市化进程推动城市规模不断扩张、空间尺度不断增大,城市中出现了越来越多不亲和的外部空间,在商业步行街中尤为明显。本文对相关文献进行分析总结,确定了以人群生理感觉与心理知觉为基点的商业步行街近人空间概念架构,并以合肥市三条商业步行街为例进行调研取证,得出人体视域范围及行为活动时空密集区域,最终推导出广场空间、底层架空空间、二层建筑出挑空间、室外休憩空间和建筑体量内凹空间五种商业步行街近人空间类型。 The continuous deepening of the urbanization process has led to the continuous expansion of the city scale and the continuous increase of the spatial scale.There are more and more unrelated external spaces in the city,especially in commercial pedestrian streets.The article reviews the existing relevant literature,and determines the conceptual framework of pedestrian space in the commercial pedestrian street based on the physiological sense and psychological perception of the crowd.Taking the three commercial pedestrian streets in Hefei as examples to conduct research and evidence collection,the range of human visual field and the space-time dense area of behavior and activities is obtained.Finally,five types of adjacent spaces in commercial pedestrian streets were deduced,including plaza space,overhead space on the ground floor,overhanging space on the second floor,outdoor recreation space and concave space in the building volume.
