高端科研仪器国产替代发展策略研究

Research on the development strategy of domestic substitution of high-end scientific research instruments

高端科研仪器作为科学研究和技术革新的工具,是推动全球最前沿科技创新的重大支撑力量,而高端科研仪器的自主研发水平是衡量国家科技硬实力的重要标志。我国高、精、尖科研仪器核心技术以及关键零部件长期依赖进口,一定程度限制我国实现高水平科技的发展。对此,通过分析国内高端科研仪器产业与国际间的差距,分析先进国家推动高端科研仪器创新发展的先进经验,研究制定发展对策,助力高端科研仪器实现国产替代。

As a tool of scientific research and technological innovation,high-end research instruments are a major supporting strength in promoting the globally advanced science and technology innovation.The level of independent research and development of high-end research instruments is one of the important indicators of assessing the hard power of national science and technology.The core technology and key components of the high,precise and sophisticated scientific research instruments of China depended on import in long-term,which has limited the development of China in realizing the high-level science and technology.In view of the above phenomenon,this study researched and proposed the countermeasure and suggestion through analyzed the gap between domestic and foreign high-end research instruments industry,and analyzed the advanced experiences of advanced countries in promoting innovation and development of high-end research instruments.These would contribute to realize domestic substitution of high-end research instruments.
