摘要
本文以东庞矿洗煤车间夏季高热、高湿、空气质量差为研究对象,综合采用热泵技术、热管技术、岗位送风、污染物控制等技术,设计研究了一套夏季降温除湿、冬季供热和全年车间送风的节能系统。该系统回收洗煤厂洗煤废水余热资源,为洗煤车间提供夏季冷源、冬季热源,新风系统根据室外环境温度灵活切换,以最经济的方式为车间全年送新风。
In this paper,the high heat,high humidity and poor air quality in the coal washing workshop in summer are taken as the research object.A set of energy-saving system for cooling and dehumidification in summer,heating in winter and air supply in the whole year is designed and studied by using heat pump technology,heat pipe technology,post air supply and pollutant control technology.The system recovers the waste heat resources of coal washing wastewater in coal washing plant,and provides summer cold source and winter heat source for coal washing workshop.The fresh air system flexibly switches according to the outdoor environment temperature,and sends fresh air to the workshop throughout the year in the most economical way.
