水城矿区煤质特征及清洁高效利用分析

Analysis on coal quality characteristics and clean and efficient utilization in Shuicheng mining area

六盘水水城区在生产煤矿通过现场采取样品,分析出水城矿区在生产煤层煤岩煤质特征,结合分级标准,计算出相应的占比分数,参照评价体系,分析出煤炭的清洁高效利用方向。研究表明,水城矿区煤岩特征主要以镜质组为主,煤种为肥煤和焦煤。煤质特征,特低灰煤—低灰煤—中灰煤、低挥发分—中挥发分、特低硫煤—低硫煤—中硫煤、无粘结性、中等流动温度,同时具有特低氟、氯、汞、砷、磷的特性,适用于常压固定床气化、流化床气化、冶金焦等用煤。粉煤灰中SiO_(2)+AL_(2)O_(3)+Fe_(2)O_(3)的含量大于70%,适用拌制砂浆和混凝土用、水泥活性混合材料用粉煤灰。

Liupanshui water city in the production of coal mine through the scene to take samples,analysis of water city mining area in the production of coal seam coal rock coal quality characteristics,combined with the classification standard,calculate the corresponding proportion score,with reference to the evaluation system,analysis of the clean and efficient use of coal direction.The research shows that the coal rock characteristics of Shuicheng mining area are mainly vitrinite,and the coal types are fat coal and coking coal.Coal quality characteristics,ultra-low ash coal-low ash coal-medium ash coal,low volatile-medium volatile,ultra-low sulfur coal-low sulfur coal-medium sulfur coal,no caking,medium flow temperature,with ultra-low fluorine,chlorine,mercury,arsenic,phosphorus characteristics,suitable for atmospheric fixed bed gasification,fluidized bed gasification,metallurgical coke and other coal.The content of SiO_(2)+AL_(2)O_(3)+Fe_(2)O_(3) in fly ash is more than 70%,which is suitable for mixing fly ash for mortar and concrete and cement active mixing materials.
