摘要
为了充分发挥和利用3D打印技术的应用优势,保证成形用金属粉末材料质量,现提出一套行之有效的3D打印用特种金属粉末制备方案,并对其使用性能表征进行全面地研究。结果表明,3D打印用特种金属粉末制备方案具有较高的可靠性和可行性,通过利用该方案,所制备的特种金属粉末具有成分纯净、流动性高、氧含量低等特点,使得粉末颗粒的致密度得以大幅度提高。
In order to give full play to and make use of the application advantages of 3D printing technology and ensure the quality of metal powder materials for forming,an effective preparation scheme of special metal powder for 3D printing is proposed,and its use performance characterization is comprehensively studied.The results show that the preparation scheme of special metal powder for 3D printing has high reliability and feasibility.By using this scheme,the prepared special metal powder has the characteristics of pure composition,high fluidity and low oxygen content,which greatly improves the compactness of powder particles.
