摘要
探讨铝工业生产过程中提高能源效率的措施,研究发现,电解技术依然是铝工业生产的主要技术,其主要特点是适用性强,工艺成熟稳定。因此,可以通过改进电解工艺,利用电解铝烟气余热,最大限度地提高能源效率。但是,未来实现碳中和目标,节约能源的潜力主要取决于回收的废料类型和使用的回收技术。为了满足日益增长的铝需求,二次铝生产将变得越来越重要。与原铝相比,二次铝生产再生铝只需要5%的能源,使用铝电解烟气余热利用技术,增加二次铝生产效率,这对于加强该技术使用力度将是至关重要的。
The measures to improve energy efficiency in the production process of aluminum industry are discussed.It is found that electrolysis technology is still the main technology of aluminum industry,and its main characteristics are strong applicability and mature and stable process.Therefore,the energy efficiency can be maximized by improving the electrolysis process and utilizing the waste heat of the electrolytic aluminum flue gas.However,the potential to achieve carbon neutrality and save energy in the future mainly depends on the type of waste recovered and the recycling technology used.In order to meet the increasing demand for aluminum,secondary aluminum production will become more and more important.Compared with the primary aluminum,the production of recycled aluminum by secondary aluminum only requires 5%of energy.The use of aluminum electrolysis flue gas waste heat utilization technology will increase the production efficiency of secondary aluminum,which will be crucial to strengthen the use of this technology.
