首钢长钢8号高炉在线快速更换破损冷却壁实践

Practice of on-line Rapid Replacement of Damaged Cooling Stave in No.8 Blast Furnace of Shougang Changgang

对首钢长钢8号高炉深空料线在线快速更换破损冷却壁、快速恢复炉况的实践过程进行了总结。通过采取提前制作简易冷却壁、高炉深空料线、覆盖水渣、切割旧炉壳、补焊新炉壳以及高炉喷补等措施,实现了破损冷却壁的快速更换及炉型修复,为高炉安全生产和技术经济指标提升创造了条件。

The practical process of on-line rapid replacement of damaged staves and rapid recovery of furnace conditions in the deep empty charging line of No.8 blast furnace of Shougang Changgang is summarized.By making simple cooling staves in advance,deep empty charging line of blast furnace,covering water and slag,cutting old furnace shell,repairing and welding new furnace shell and blast furnace gunning,the rapid replacement of damaged cooling staves and furnace shape repair were realized,which created conditions for safe production of blast furnace and improvement of technical and economic indicators.
