摘要
针对汉钢炉前、矿槽布袋除尘系统工艺现状,分析了高效滤筒除尘技术的特点,确定对1号高炉矿槽北除尘和2号高炉矿槽布袋除尘器采用更换高效滤筒技术路线进行改造。结合实际,优化高效滤筒除尘应用技术方案,实施改造,2台除尘器颗粒物浓度达到了有组织排放质量浓度≤10 mg/m3的超低排放要求,并降低了系统运行费用,效果良好。
In view of the process status of bag type dust removal system in front of the furnace and ore trough of Hansteel,the characteristics of the high efficiency filter cartridge dust removal technology are analyzed,and the technical route of replacing the high efficiency filter cartridge is determined for the dust removal in the north of ore trough of No.1 blast furnace and the bag type dust remover in ore trough of No.2 blast furnace.Combined with the actual situation,the application technical scheme of high-efficiency filter cartridge dedusting was optimized,and the transformation was implemented.The particle concentration of the two dedusters met the ultra-low emission requirements of organized emission concentration≤10 mg/m3,and the system operation cost was reduced,with good results.
