宣钢二钢轧通过对三棒加热炉前设备进行热送改造,提高了钢坯入炉温度,大幅降低了加热炉煤气消耗,降低了轧线工序成本,增加了公司经济效益,实现了节能、降耗、绿色生产的目标。

Through the hot delivery transformation of the equipment in front of the three bar heating furnace,the No.2 ateel rolling mill of Xuanhua Steel Company has increased the billet temperature,significantly reduced the gas consumption of the heating furnace,reduced the cost of the rolling line process,increased the economic benefits of the company,and achieved the goals of energy conservation,consumption reduction and green production.
