摘要
分析自动控制二级系统的软硬件组成和基本作用,对其在轧钢生产中的应用进行了探讨。该系统以专家系统和庞大的数据库作为支撑,通过对轧制现场数据的实时采集和相关系统模型的计算,可给出最为合理的轧制参数控制和补偿,并由一级系统执行,可消除轧制过程中各种复杂受力的不良影响,提高板带产品的轧制精度。
The software and hardware composition and basic functions of the automatic control secondary system are analyzed,and its application in steel rolling production is discussed.The automatic secondary system is supported by expert system and huge database.Through real-time collection of rolling field data and calculation of relevant system models,the most reasonable rolling parameter control and compensation can be given and implemented by the primary system,so as to eliminate the adverse effects of various complex forces in the rolling process and improve the rolling accuracy of plate and strip products.
