摘要
对棒线材短应力线轧机液压带载压下HAGC液压伺服系统进行研究,提出了棒线材短应力线轧机HAGC伺服缸新结构。对棒线材短应力线轧机HAGC液压伺服系统进行设计,并对关键零部件-HAGC伺服缸、液压站HPU、伺服阀和蓄能器等进行计算、选型。论证了棒线材短应力线轧机HAGC液压伺服系统是可行的。
The HAGC hydraulic servo system of bar and wire short stress wire mill under hydraulic load is studied,and a new structure of HAGC servo cylinder of bar and wire short stress wire mill is proposed.The HAGC hydraulic servo system of bar and wire short stress wire mill is designed,and the key components-HAGC servo cylinder,hydraulic station HPU,servo valve and accumulator are calculated and selected.The feasibility of HAGC hydraulic servo system for short stress wire rod mill is demonstrated.
