矿井密闭综放工作面启封技术分析

摘要 密闭是矿井自燃发火防治、确保临近工作面生产安全的主要技术措施,对密闭区进行启封可实现密闭区内设备回撤以及煤炭重新开采,对提高矿井经济效益具有重要意义。以30601综放工作面密闭启封为工程研究背景,对采面密闭期间采用的防灭火技术措施以及启封技术进行分析探讨。研究成果可为其他矿井类似情况下防灭火技术工作开展提供经验借鉴。 Sealing is the main technical measure to prevent spontaneous combustion and ensure the safety of production near the working face.Unsealing the sealed area can realize the withdrawal of equipment in the sealed area and the re mining of coal,which is of great significance to improve the economic benefits of the mine.Taking the sealing and unsealing of 30601 fully mechanized top coal caving face as the engineering research background,this paper analyzes and discusses the fire prevention and extinguishing technical measures and unsealing technology adopted during the sealing period of the mining face.The research results can provide experience and reference for other mines to carry out fire prevention and extinguishing technology under similar conditions.
