综放开采自燃煤层防灭火技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 综放工作面开采时防治采空区遗煤自燃是需要重点解决的问题。以30703综放工作面开采为工程背景,针对开采的7号煤层容易自燃、采空区内遗煤量大且自燃风险高等问题,在分析现有防灭火技术措施基础上,提出采用以注氮为主,灌浆、封堵漏风通道等为辅防灭火技术措施,并具体对防灭火技术方案进行设计。现场应用后,采空区内φ(CO)、φ(O2)分别为控制在15×10-6、5%以内,φ(N2)增至94%以上,取得较为显著的防灭火效果。 It is a key problem to prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal left in goaf during the mining of fully mechanized top coal caving face.Taking the mining of 30703 fully mechanized top coal caving face as the engineering background,aiming at the problems of easy spontaneous combustion of the No.7 coal seam,large amount of coal left in the goaf and high risk of spontaneous combustion,based on the analysis of the existing fire prevention technical measures,it is proposed to take nitrogen injection as the main measure,grouting,plugging the air leakage channel and other auxiliary fire prevention technical measures,and specifically design the fire prevention technical scheme.After field applicationφ(CO)、φ(O2)are respectively controlled at 15×10-6,5%,φ(N2)increased to more than 94%,and achieved remarkable fire prevention and extinguishment effect.
