摘要
粗锌粉是转底炉工艺回收的副产品,氯离子是其中的有害成分,准确分析粗锌粉中氯离子,对粗锌粉的质量评定非常重要。用硝酸分解样品后,通过自动进样系统和自动电位滴定仪的联合使用,实现了样品的快速测定。该方法用于转底炉法粗锌粉中氯离子含量测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为0.24%~0.32%,加标回收率为100%~102%。使用该方法与可视滴定法莫尔法检测比对结果一致,没有系统性差异。该方法相对可视滴定法减少了人工操作,不仅降低了劳动强度,提高了分析速度,而且减少了人工参与引入的偏差。
The zinc oxide dust is a by-prouduct of the rotary hearth furnace process.Chloride ion is the harmful components,the accurate determination of chloride ion in zinc oxide dust is very importance for the quality evaluation.After the sample were dissolved with nitric acid,through the combination of atomatic sampling system and automatic potentiometric titrator,the rapid determination of sample is realized.This method is used in determining the contents of chloride ion in zinc oxide dust made by rotary hearth furnace,the relative standard deviations(RSD,n=11)of the determination results were between 0.24%and 0.32%,and the recoveries were between 100%and 102%.The results are in agreement with that of the visual titration method-Mohr method.This method not only reduces the labor intensity,and improves the speed of analysis,but also can reduce the artificial deviation.
