变弯度机翼蒙皮变形能力与气动一体化设计

摘要 变体机翼能够随着飞行状态的变化而改变气动外形,提高气动特性。柔性蒙皮技术是保证变体机翼在变形过程中保持翼面光滑、连续且无缝的关键。在对变体机翼进行气动优化时,不仅期望机翼外形在不同飞行状态下实现气动性能优异,还应考虑柔性蒙皮能否实现此变形。采用零泊松比蜂窝夹芯结构作为后缘变弯度机翼的柔性蒙皮,搭建了基于蒙皮变形能力的气动优化框架,研究结果表明,蜂窝结构参数优化后,蜂窝夹芯结构蒙皮的面内刚度减小、面外刚度得到提升。在各飞行状态下,蜂窝蒙皮均能承受机翼后缘最大程度偏转产生的应变。 Morphing wing can changeits aerodynamic shape with the change of flight state to improve the aerodynamic characteristics.Flexible skin technology is the key to keep the wing surface smooth,continuous and seamless during deformation.In the aerodynamic optimization of morphing wing,not only the wing shape is expected to achieve excellent aerodynamic performancein different flight conditions,but also whether the flexibleskin can realize this deformation should be considered.This paper uses the honeycombsandwich structure with zero Poisson′s ratio as the flexible skin of trailing edgevariable camber wing,set the aerodynamic optimization framework based on the deformation capability of the honeycomb skin,the results show that the in-plane stiffness of the honeycomb sandwich structure skin decreases and the out-of-plane stiffness increases after optimizing honeycomb structure parameters.In each flight state,the honeycomb skin can withstand the strain caused by the maximum deflection of the trailing edge.
