一种基于分离式器件的旋变传感器接口设计

摘要 对于用于飞行控制关键参数测量的旋变传感器,设计了一种基于放大器、电阻、电容等分离式器件的接口。采用微控制器生成可变占空比的脉冲调制信号,调制信号经过二阶低通滤波器,将满足旋变传感器激励信号频率、幅度特性的正弦信号保留。采用放大器对旋变传感器的正弦反馈信号和余弦反馈信号进行接收,2路接收通路可动态切换。这种方法不仅使增益不平衡和直流偏移不再影响计算精度,而且可补偿模数转换的传递函数中的任何缺陷。由于冗余信号路径,系统可进行“降级模式”操作。同时,系统具备额外诊断的能力,可对接收通路的性能进行监控和评估,以保证系统的可靠性和可用性。 For the resolver sensor used for the measurement of key parameters of flight control,an interface based on separate components such as amplifiers,resistors and capacitors is designed.A micro-controller is used to generate a pulse modulation signal with a variable duty cycle.The modulation signal passes through a second-order low-pass filter to retain the sinusoidal signal that meets the frequency and amplitude characteristics of the resolver sensor excitation signal.The amplifier is used to receive the sine feedback signal and cosine feedback signal of the resolver sensor,and the two receiving channels can be dynamically switched.This approach not only frees the gain imbalance and DC offset from the calculation accuracy,but also compensates for any imperfections in the transfer function of the analog-to-digital conversion.Due to the redundant signal paths,the system can operate in degraded mode.At the same time,the system has the capability of additional diagnosis,which can monitor and evaluate the performance of the receiving channel to ensure the reliability and availability of the system.
