运输类飞机飞行机组操作程序评估指标体系研究 被引量:4

摘要 运输类飞机飞行机组操作程序复杂、结构庞大,对飞行机组操作程序进行评估时,需要建立科学、客观、可操作的评估指标体系。提出了一种评估指标体系构建方法,基于运输类飞机飞行机组操作程序结构框架、设计原则与要求,提出了飞行机组操作程序评估指标体系的构建基础。通过专家群体知识评估法,对评估指标进行了筛选与优化,确定了各评估指标的权重,最终形成完整的飞行机组操作程序评估指标体系。构建的飞行机组操作程序评估指标体系,有助于全面客观地反映飞行机组操作程序设计水平,提升飞行机组操作程序改进与优化能力。 The flight crew operating procedures of transport aircrafts are complex and the structure is huge.When evaluating the operating procedures,it is necessary to construct a scientific,objective,and operable evaluation index system.This paper proposes a method of constructing an evaluation index system.Firstly,based on the framework,design principles and requirements of flight crew operating procedures,the construction basis of an evaluation index system is determined.Then,through the evaluation method based on expert knowledge,the evaluation indices are screened and optimized.The weights of indices are also determined.Finally,a complete evaluation index system for flight crew operating procedures of transport aircrafts was constructed.The index system constructed in this study is of benefit to reflect the design of flight crew operating procedures comprehensively,and it can also help strengthen the ability of improving and optimizing flight crew operating procedures.
