中华民族共同体意识教育制度的实践逻辑及优化路径——基于新制度主义社会学视角 被引量:6

The Practical Logic and Optimization Path of the Educational Systemof the Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation——From the Sociological Perspective of New Institutionalism

摘要 铸牢中华民族共同体意识是一项中国特色社会主义的优势制度设计,在学校场域中,中华民族共同体意识教育作为铸牢中华民族共同体意识的主要途径,也可以被视为一套自成体系的制度安排。在新制度主义社会学理论视野下考察中华民族共同体意识教育的制度化过程,发现中华民族共同体意识教育制度与学校这一开放、复杂的组织持续互动、协同进化,展开了规制化、规范化、文化-认知化的制度实践逻辑。中华民族共同体意识教育制度的优化路径为:国家层面加强顶层设计,完善规制性要素;学校层面制定教师行为规范,确保规范性要素;教育主体层面提升中华文化认同,强化文化-认知性要素,教育层面铸牢中华民族共同体意识。 Consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nationis an advantageous institutional design of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the school field, the education of the sense of community for the Chinese nation, as the main way to consolidate the sense of community for the Chinese nation, can also be regarded as a set of self-contained institutional arrangements.The institutionalization process of the education of the sense of community for the Chinese nation is examined from the perspective of the sociological theory of new institutionalism, and it is found that the educational system of the sense of community for the Chinese nation and the school as an open and complex organization constantly interact and coordinately evolve, having developed a logic of institutional practice of regulation, standardization, and culture-cognitivization.The path of optimizing the educational system of the sense of community for the Chinese nation is to strengthen the top-level design at the national level and improve the regulatory elements, lay down the codes of conduct for teachers at the school level and ensure the normative elements, and enhance the identity of the Chinese culture of educational subjects and strengthen the culture-cognitive elements, so as to consolidate the sense of community for the Chinese nation at the educational level.
