我国全面建成小康社会后,由于相对贫困的长期存在,后扶贫时代有其存在的必然性,其贫困治理转型也有其必要性。后扶贫时代民族地区农村贫困发生将出现许多新情况和新趋势,贫困治理理论探索主要包括变革贫困治理观念、调整贫困识别标准、创新贫困治理战略、完善贫困治理体制机制和优化贫困治理模式等方面;其实现路径应根据农村致贫的实际情况和不同特点,不断进行政策与措施等方面的创新、调整和改革。
