On the High-Quality Development of Textbooks in the New Era

摘要 教科书的高质量发展是教育高质量发展的题中应有之义。新时代,高质量的教科书可以“培根铸魂、启智增慧”,体现社会主义教科书的“强精神塑造性”,充分发挥其在人才培养中的基础作用。教科书的高质量发展需要恰当处理教科书各属性之间的关系;凸显教科书的教学论立场;进一步追求教科书的适切性;正确对待教科书在教学过程中的定位。实现教科书的高质量发展,需要坚持党对教科书建设的全面领导,建立教科书管理的顶层设计体系;完善教科书管理体制机制,不断提升教科书治理水平;健全不同学科的教科书使用评价体系,用评价意见反哺教科书发展;重视教科书的学科建设,用“教科书学”回应中国教育教学改革实践的需求。 The high-quality development of textbooks is an integral part of the high-quality development of education,and it can“mould the soul and enlighten the wisdom”,reflect the“strong spiritual shaping”of socialist textbooks,and give full play to its basic role in talent training.In the new era,the high-quality development of textbooks needs to properly handle the relationship between various attributes of textbooks;highlight their pedagogical position;further pursue their adaptability;and correctly treat the orientation of textbooks in the teaching process.In order to achieve the high-quality development,it is necessary to adhere to CPC’s overall leadership over textbook construction,and establish a top-level design system for textbook management;standardize the management system of textbooks,and continuously improve the level of textbook governance;strengthen the evaluation system for the use of textbooks in different disciplines,and promote the development of textbook in return with evaluation opinions;attach importance to the discipline construction of textbooks,and respond to the needs of China’s education and teaching reform practice by establishing a“discipline of textbooks”.
