摘要
近年来,邯郸市国内生产总值连年上升,但文化消费水平并未显著提高,文化消费的增长速度赶不上整体消费支出的增长速度。原因是文化消费意识差,依然停留在文化基础消费阶段,尚未发展到文化享受型阶段;消费结构单一;消费产品供给不足,高质量文化产品缺乏,城乡居民消费差距较大。基于此,提出培育消费习惯、提供消费精品、优化消费环境、建立消费保障机制等增加文化消费的建议。
In recent years,the GDP of Handan city has been rising every year,but the level of cultural consumption has not been improved,and the growth rate of cultural consumption cannot match the growth rate of consumption expenditure.The main problems include the poor consciousness of cultural consumption.We still stay in the stage of cultural basic consumption,has not yet developed to cultural enjoyment;the other problems are single consumption organization and insufficient the supply of consumer products and high-quality cultural products are lacking,and the consumption gap between urban and rural residents is large.Cultural consumption suggestions include to cultivate consumption habits,to provide high-quality consumer products,optimize the consumption environment,establish consumption security mechanism.
