河南省打造高质量产业链集群路径研究--以“双循环”新发展格局为视角

Research on the path of building high-quality industrial chain cluster in henan province--From the perspective of new development pattern of double circulation

受诸多不确定、不稳定因素影响,全球产业链正在经历新一轮重构调整,产业链集群区域化、数字化属性不断增强,各地之间从龙头企业与分散供应商的竞争,转变为产业链集群对集群的竞争,我国发展的内部条件和外部环境同时经历巨变,打造高质量产业链集群成为提升地区发展竞争力,融入新发展格局的关键举措。近年来,河南坚持链式集群化发展思路,推动产业链数字化改造,在高质量产业链集群建设方面已经取得了一定的成效,形成了食品、装备制造等一批优势产业集群,但仍存在集群协作程度低、企业梯队结构不合理等问题,需要从注重布局整合、增强集群综合实力、完善平台建设、构建开放创新生态等方面持续发力。

affected by many uncertain and unstable factors,the global industrial chain is undergoing a new round of reconstruction and adjustment.The regionalization and digitization of industrial chain clusters have been continuously strengthened.The competition between leading enterprises and decentralized suppliers has changed into the competition between industrial chain clusters and clusters.The internal conditions and external environment of China's development have undergone great changes at the same time.Building high-quality industrial chain clusters has become a key measure to enhance regional development competitiveness and integrate into the new development pattern.In recent years,Henan has adhered to the development idea of chain clustering and promoted the digital transformation of industrial chain.It has achieved certain results in the construction of high-quality industrial chain clusters and formed a number of advantageous industrial clusters such as food and equipment manufacturing.However,there are still problems such as low degree of cluster cooperation and unreasonable enterprise echelon structure.We need to focus on layout integration,enhance the comprehensive strength of clusters,improve platform construction,and build an open and innovative ecosystem.
