大学生职业生涯教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,对大学生的择业和职业规划具有十分重要的意义,在互联网时代背景下,易班作为一种全新的教育应用型平台为高校高质量开展大学生职业生涯教育注入了全新的活力。本文以易班的基本概念及特点为切入点,通过系统分析大学生职业生涯教育的目标及特质,以及基于易班开展大学生职业生涯教育的必要性,深入探寻基于易班开展大学生职业生涯教育的构建路径,进而为推动大学生职业生涯教育高质量发展提供参考性建议。

College students’ career education is one of the important components of higher education,which is of great significance to college students’ career selection and career planning. Under the background of the Internet era, E-class, as a new educational application-oriented platform, has injected new vitality into the high-quality development of college students’ career education in colleges and universities. Based on the basic concept and characteristics of E-class, this paper systematically analyzes the objectives and characteristics of college students’ career education and the necessity of developing college students’ career education based on “E-class”, deeply explores the construction path of developing college students’ career education based on “E-class”, and then provides reference suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of college students’ career education.
