摘要
做“有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心”的“四有”好老师的标准,为新时代教师队伍建设指明了方向。高校辅导员作为学生成长成才的人生导师,具有教育者与管理者的双重角色,肩负着引领大学生健康成长和提高综合竞争力的重任。本文以高校辅导员队伍建设作为研究对象,结合“四有”好老师时代意蕴和深刻内涵,探讨了高校辅导员争创“四有”好老师的必要性及方式路径,旨在为高校辅导员队伍专业化建设提供助力。
The standard of being a “Four Haves” good teacher with “ideals and beliefs, moral sentiment,solid knowledge, and benevolence” has pointed out the direction for the construction of teachers in the new era. As a life mentor for students to grow up, college counselors have the dual roles of educators and managers and shoulder the important tasks of leading the healthy growth of college students and improving their comprehensive competitiveness. Taking the construction of college counselor team as the research object and combined with the era meaning and profound connotation of “Four Haves” good teachers, this paper discusses the necessity and ways of college counselors striving for “Four Haves”good teachers, in order to provide assistance for the professional construction of college counselor team.
