摘要
把握制度的“本真”,即“博士生分流制度的根本理念及在此理念指引下制度的具体样态”,是构建合理的博士生分流制度应首先解决的根本问题。从分流制度本身的理念入手,按照“理念生成-理念构想-制度构建”的逻辑,分流制度应该关注“人”,应以博士生的学术成长为出发点和落脚点。制度理念内涵应以促进博士生学术成长为理念内核,以选择“有能力的本意学习者”和有弹性的负激励为制度理性。在制度构建上,要以理念为引导,以博士生学术成长的内涵、特点、特殊性和需求确定分流的关键节点、构建系统的分流机制、完善服务支持体系和健全保障体系,从而将博士生学术成长与分流制度的构建有效融合。
Grasping the“essence”of the system,namely,“the basic idea of the doctoral students’diversion system and the specific form of the system under the guidance of this idea”,is the fundamental problem that should be solved in building a reasonable doctoral students’diversion system.Therefore,this paper starts from the idea of the diversion system itself and researches according to the logic of“idea generation-idea conception-system construction”.It proposes that the diversion system should focus on the doctoral students,and take the academic growth of doctoral students as the starting point and foothold.The connotation of the system idea is to promote the academic growth of doctoral students as the core idea,and to select“capable intended learners”and flexible negative incentives as the system rationality.In terms of system design,the designers should take this concept as a guide,determine the key points of diversion,build a systematic diversion mechanism,and improve the service support system and the security system based on the connotation,characteristics,particularity and needs of doctoral students’academic growth,so as to effectively integrate the construction of doctoral academic growth and diversion system.
